Experimentation

This presents my collaboration of experimentations, I wanted to capture a fluid organic forms inside a flesh tangible subject, therefore I explored this using latex and wax. I created a negative using plaster to cast the inside positive. The latex was picking segments of the plaster, creating an opaque subject, which was unsuccessful as I wanted to capture a organic and fluid atmosphere, focusing on the centre. The sensation of holding the tangible subject was satisfying as it was moist creating an uncomfortable atmosphere. I found this very difficult to work with therefore I am going to explore with these materials in a different context to portray my concept successfully.
